Statiscore is operated by Statiscore Inc., Ontario, Canada. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.
This is a closed test
Statiscore is currently available only to people we have invited. Features will change, break, and occasionally disappear. Scores may be recalculated while we tune the scoring system — if that happens, your number can move without you doing anything wrong, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
No money, no wagering
Statiscore is free to play. There are no entry fees, no stakes, no payouts, and no cash prizes. Picks are predictions for score and bragging rights — nothing more.
We show how likely an outcome is, expressed as a star rating, because it is how the scoring stays fair: correctly picking an underdog is worth more than correctly picking a favourite. This is not betting advice, and Statiscore is not a sportsbook. Do not use it to decide where to put money.
Your account
- One account per person. Accounts are for you and are not transferable.
- Be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Keep your Google account secure — anyone who can sign into it can sign into Statiscore as you.
Playing fairly
The whole product rests on scores being honest, so:
- No automated play. No bots, scripts, or programs making picks. This is the rule we care about most.
- No multiple accounts to inflate a score, win a contest, or evade a block.
- No attempts to interfere with the service, extract data in bulk, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission.
- No harassment, hate, threats, or illegal content in messages or group chat. Trash talk is welcome. Abuse is not.
We may remove content, suspend an account, or withdraw access if someone breaks these rules. We will not be precious about occasional rudeness, and we will not tolerate cruelty.
What you post
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to display it inside Statiscore so the product can work. We do not claim ownership of it and will not sell it.
What we can and cannot promise
We work hard to keep game data accurate, but schedules, scores and odds come from outside providers and can be wrong, late, or missing. Where a game cannot be scored fairly — no odds captured before it started, or a postponement — we void the picks rather than guess.
Statiscore is provided as it is, without warranties. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Statiscore Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop using Statiscore at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we stop running the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
